Order Processing Time

• All sample orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation.

• You will receive an email notification once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Locations

• Currently, we only ship within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Shipping Cost

• Shipping is free for all sample orders.

Delivery Time

• Delivery times may vary based on your location. Once your order is shipped, you can expect delivery within 5 to 7 business days, depending on the shipping carrier and your location.

Order Changes, Cancellations, and Returns

• As we only sell samples, all orders are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, changes, or cancellations after the order has been placed.

• Please double-check your order before completing the checkout process.
