At Sequoia® flooring we stand behind our product offering.
Since this platform only sells product samples and the charges solely cover shipping costs, we do not accept returns.
CANCELLATIONS
Purchaser is responsible for confirming the order accuracy. We will do everything we can to accommodate your request. However, orders are fulfilled and shipped promptly. We will be unable to cancel orders that have already processed without charging applicable shipping fees both directions of transit. If you decide to cancel an order, please contact our customer service team immediately at sales@usmills.com. Hours are Monday-Friday 9 am to 6 pm (Eastern Standard).
